Our CommitmentAt Milagro Retreats we are committed to: Our Guests ~ We provide a safe nurturing space and support where self exploration and transformation is encouraged. Packages are customized to meet your needs. The Environment ~ We use low impact building and organic farming practices on our Farm in the Cowichan Valley and our menus are always local and organic. Nourishment ~ We only use the freshest seasonal ingredients and provide opportunities to learn about diverse foods that will inspire creativity in your own kitchen. Our Global Community ~ We donate a portion of profits to charities that are in alignment with our philosophies. As well, 10% of all income generated is directed back into our Referral and Karma Yoga Programs to ensure people from all incomes have opportunities for personal growth and unity with nature. Milagro PartnersMilagro Retreats would not be possible without the expertise of many. We collaborate with many gifted teachers, facilitators and therapists of Yoga, movement and massage. OUR INSPIRATION |
Our RootsFounded in 2002, Shani Cranston had a vision to create opportunities, both within Canada and internationally, where like-minded beings could share, learn and explore their true essence in a nurturing and supportive environment. Shani believes that by nourishing our bodies with both "love infused" cuisine and a daily yoga practice, the layers of armor we have created would peel away to reveal our true, beautiful selves. Inspired by her first retreat where many participants experienced personal transformation, Shani has hosted more than 400 people in the last 6 years and continues to partner with new teachers every year.
