Kudos from Past Retreats:
"My first Milagro Retreat was in Baja almost four years ago.
At age 50, I decided to take on the challenge of learning to surf.
That experience was top notch, and I have since enjoyed two additional
retreats in Tofino. Shani and her cohorts have managed to get the
mix pretty well perfect: stimulating participants, extraordinary locations,
opportunities for activity and relaxation, experienced and joyful
staff, and food that is prepared with loving attention, then devoured
with delight. Thanks Milagro, I will be back!"
"A phenomenal time! Great people, amazing food and magic location, yoga, surfing and a hot stone massage... now that's good living!"
~ Kat Pellatt
"Thank you for an amazing experience and amazing energy! I can't wait to come back."

Yoga & Movement
With an integrated approach to flow yoga, Nadia and Andréane each bring a different perspective to practice as they share their unique and regenerating ways of teaching. Classes will be a balanced combination of Prana Flow inspired energizing sequences, (that will allow each guests to discover their full spectrum of movement) followed by a grounding, rooting evening restorative practice. Tune into the connection yoga brings to surfing as you discover the links between both practices. Let the ocean be your primary teacher and embark on a magical week in one of North America’s best and most beautiful surf towns!
