• 10 to 12 hours daily instruction of Asanas, anatomy, Pranayama, meditation, sequencing and teaching practicum by Skyy Della and a group of competent experienced yoga teachers.

Description of Accommodation:
Shared accommodation at Casa Bentley, a tropical oasis located on more than 2 acres of mango and avocado orchards in the heart of historic Todos Santos. Casa Bentley is a 100 year old adobe house hidden behind bougainvillea covered walls. It has been remodeled with semi precious stone unique to the area. Casa Bentley has beautiful gardens, an outdoor kitchen as well as a lovely outdoor pool. Our home during our stay is only minutes walking to La Arca - our yoga studio and local beaches. Students preferring private rooms may upgrade. Please enquire when booking.

Michelle Skyy Della
Michelle has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and she has been conducting yoga teacher trainings from 1993 to present in Florida and full time in Baja, California with students from Europe, Canada, Israel, Japan, Mexico, China and across North America.

Her training began in southern India at Sri Aurobvindo Institute from 1981 to 1982. She deepened her practice in California and Nevada then began teaching as well as continuing her training in Iyengar and Astanga.

Her career includes teaching yoga at the Medical Center of San Christobal in Galapagos Islands at Florida's Indian River College designing the courses and writing the books for advanced self-development classes. This curriculum included yoga for college credit.

She opened the Life Guidance Yoga Studio in Jensen Beach Florida in 1995 and has been featured in many newspapers and magazines articles as well as telephone broadcasts. She also taught yoga in Sri Lanka, Greece, Turkey, Japan, France and lived in China studying at Grandmaster Shantung's Chi Gung Institute.

The Food:
You will be nourished with local fresh fruits, a variety of nuts, avocados, spring water and a late afternoon meal during the day throughout the teacher training. Also in this program you will receive interactive instruction from Skyy in our outdoor garden kitchen at the Casa Bentley in the preparation of your afternoon meal using the ideal dietary practices. Every meal will meet these ideal dietary practices to obtain and maintain higher energy levels and radiant health.
