Friday
• 4-6pm check in and set up camp
• 7pm Dinner and campfire **Yam Millet Patties with Almond Pesto and Organic Greens w/ Maple Balsamic vinegarette**

Saturday
• 8-9:30am Yoga class at the Community Hall (5 minute drive)
• 9:30-10:30am Breakfast **Homemade Museli, Fruit Salad and Yogurt**
• 1:30-4:30pm Surf Clinic w/ Surf Sister
• 6pm Dinner and campfire **Nut Loaf w/ Tahini Ginger Sauce and Organic
Braised Greens**

Sunday
• 8-9:30 am Yoga class at the Community Hall
• 9:30-10:30am Breakfast **Rice Pudding with Fruit Compote and Yogurt
• 1:30-4:30pm Surf Clinic w/ Surf Sister
