About the SurfingSurf Sister introduces women (and men!) of all ages and abilities to the sport of surfing in a safe, fun, and supportive environment, and offers advanced technique classes too. We learn and play on beautiful beaches near Tofino, British Columbia, rated as some of the most spectacular surfing in the world. For 3 hours each day Surf Sister instructors will teach you everything you need to know to start surfing. We'll cover proper surfing technique, surfing etiquette, equipment and ocean safety. We leave lots of time each class to hit the surf and practice your new skills! About the YogaOne of the highlights of your weekend will be outdoor yoga classes offered beachfront, weather permitting. Allow the sounds of Mother Ocean to encourage elongation of your body and breath. You will be led through a series of gentle yoga classes designed for all-levels to compliment your daily surf experience. About the FoodYou will be nourished with life enriching whole foods prepared with love and gratitude by Milagro Retreats. 2 Dinners, Desserts, 2 Breakfasts, and after-surf snacks are included in your package. We will introduce super foods such as Goji Berries, Kombucha Tea and Guayaki Yerba Mate.
