The Experience
SwellWomen is a six-night/seven-day “Surf and Yoga Experience” on the beautiful island of Maui for women ages 18 and older with quality staff, healthy and delicious food, surf/yoga instruction, Maui tour excursions, wellness programs, a complementary massage and much, much more.

Experience Schedule
SwellWomen's mornings will consist of yoga, a delicious and nutritious breakfast and surf lessons. The afternoons will begin with a gourmet and healthy lunch and be a time for SwellWomen to be pampered (massage, yoga, relaxing at the white sand beach, etc...) or to explore the many activities that Maui has to offer.

The afternoon will end with a late afternoon outdoor yoga class or wellness workshop. Evenings will allow you to assimilate all the surfing techniques that were taught to you earlier in the day as you engage in a sunset surf session (formal surf instruction not provided during sunset surf sessions). This is the time that we all cheer each other on and just have fun, be silly, laugh and enjoy the always spectacular Maui sunsets.

Are you hungry yet? SwellWomen will provide a delicious gourmet dinner to help complete your blissful day. If you still have energy left from your full day of adventure and fun, local shuttles will take you for an evening out on the town to historic Lahaina or Whaler’s Village.
